On their website their CEO Mary Ann McGarry says " We want to serve you for the entire life of the loan." It's a LIE. You have been warned. Mortgage process was easy enough. HOWEVER, trying to get someone on the phone after you process your mortgage is proving difficult. We've had our mortgage one year, and the first time I've tried to reach a live person is just ridiculous! I've been on hold for 30 minutes now and NOTHING; just pending music with no person to help me despite the automated voice saying I'm next in queue (for over 20 minutes). They may offer you a live person and friendly service to get your business, but then you are left with automated prompts, indefinite wait times (as if you have nothing better to do with your day than wait for someone to finally pick up), and lacklust
