Academy Mortgage is simply the best mortgage company I have ever worked with, and that includes multiple home purchases with different mortgage firms over the last decade. Kelle Smart is amazing in efficiency and process. Without her, our most recent purchase simply would have not happen. We love our new home. It would not be ours except for the support and work of Kelle and her crew at Academy.

Wane Workman was amazing to work with. He worked from home, during the holidays, and was always professional, yet extremely friendly during our conversations. We appreciated being able to use text, email, and phone calls to take care of 100% of our work with him. My favorite thing about working with Wane, was that he covered our appraisal and credit check up front, then he was reimbursed when we closed. That was a huge risk for him to take! I had back surgery during this whole process, and being during the holidays, it was very convenient for us to not have to worry about the appraisal and credit report fee's.
