The Communication was great! Mark answered all our questions and Sat down with us multiple times to explain how the loan process works and what we qualified for. Overall the loan process went very smoothly. We are now settling into our New Home!

A lot of other agents might’ve just told me I didn’t qualify but Bruce went above and beyond what I expected with coordinating changes to my credit reports which allowed me to qualify for the re-finance on my home to a lower rate and with cash out for home improvements.
