Rob was my main contact throughout the process and made me feel comfortable in a time where it could have been uneasy and difficult. I just purchased my first home and used Guild Mortgage as my mortgage lender. They made the entire process so easy and nice. It was very streamlined and their portal was very easy to use. I personally worked with Shelly Burkholder and Kristen Vukov and they were both absolutely wonderful. I was informed every step of the way and received a personal phone call every week from Shelly just to let me know where her team was in the process of getting my loan closed. It was so smooth and I could not have asked for a better home buying experience!
