I recently completed my third loan with Cherry Creek - this last one a cashout refinance of my primary residence. The experience is amazing - I simply uploaded PDF versions of my income and assets to their secure website and the team took care of everything else. My processor was efficient and my loan officer Cordell Rich kept me in the loop the entire time. I even closed a week early. I've also purchased a rental property with them (about 3 years ago) and refinanced that property in late 2021. The rate I got was amazing and at least as good as advertised. I highly recommend them!
