Ricky with guild has proven that this company is great to work with! Throughout the mentally heavy process of shopping for a home loan they were one of the few that were extremely attentive and helpful almost 24/7. Ricky was consistently there to answer questions and send me written out updates for all scenarios. I definitely recommend at least adding them to your shopping list! They made it clear that they will try the best they can to work out the best deal for you.

I would strongly advise against working with this company, and especially with Drew Cody. From the very beginning, this company made far more promises than it ever delivered. Unfortunately, our builder recommended them; otherwise, we would have never chosen to work with them. We were assured they would wait to lock the rate to secure the best possible deal for us. Cody personally promised he would monitor the market and lock in the most favorable rate. Instead, the federal rate rose steadily for seven days, and during this critical period, a competent professional would have reached out to discuss the situation. Cody, however, completely forgot about us for three weeks. Seven days before closing, I had to call and ask what our rate was. It took 20 minutes just to explain who I was and why

Literally can't Thank Brandon and his team enough! As first time home buyers- they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process, into a journey we were happy to take. Every member of the team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and give advice as to how you should best proceed- even assisting our realtor at times. It honestly and truly felt like we had a 'friend in the business' taking care of us. I would, without a doubt, choose Brandon and the Guild team 11 out of 10 times if given the choice. Brandon and his team are FANTASTIC. My husband and I bought our first home almost a year ago and Brandon took the time to help us every step of the way. He thoroughly explained the process and answered any questions we had ( there were a lot ) with detailed explanations. He offered financial solutions to help us obtain our goal of purchasing our first home and seemed to genuinely care about us and not just getting us a loan. Even after we closed he has been readily available to help us with questions we have about our mortgage and other investment opportunities. Guild has been our mortgage company since we bought our home. They have given guidance since we were 1st timers and also when we refinanced they told us what to expect, kept us updated and have always been friendly.
