Terrible customer service from Summer who couldn't help me with a payment over the phone, blaming Chase. After a calling the bank, they told me that the card was perfectly fine on their end. Called Guild mortgage payments again and Hike had no problem doing the payment with my checking account. Just waisted an hour of my time.
