Be wary of using this title company. Attempted to give us an old survey on the last day of set period for buyers to produce a survey to trap us into paying for a new survey even though it was previously requested for. Extremely slow on returning released earnest money (it took them a week and a half and they only released it after I called to ask why it hadn’t been released yet). Realtor and title company definitely seemed to be on the same page of sneakiness experienced by both parties.

My wife and I dropped in, no appt, and Cindy jumped up cheerfully greeting us. Asked how she could help us, quickly notorized our signatures, made copies, completed the mailing, and no charge. We'll be back!

Decent place. Nice people, but it took me almost 2 months to get my earnest money back when a deal fell through because the sellers couldn't get proof of title.

Everything was handled in a very progressional manner. They were helpful and definitely detailed throughout the closing process.
