Balmar Construction has not paid their remaining bill to us as their subcontractor. They made a promise to pay us when they received 50% of the invoices from the GC which they have received and are still refusing to pay until they get their final draw which is a breach of their verbal agreement with Vincent, the owner. This is completely unprofessional and Rose who works for them basically told me in my words -if you don't accept the terms we just won't pay you at all since the job is done-. This was a shocking response to me. This is a job that we expedited and went above and beyond. We trusted their word and they aren't paying for work already completed. I would never work with them again.
