We have been renting a house from this company for two months now, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. The property was delivered in very poor condition, with several damages and signs of deterioration. We reported all these issues, and more than four weeks have passed since we reported them again, but nothing has been fixed. Some of these problems seriously compromise the safety and integrity of my family, especially since we have young children. There are broken drawers, water leaks, and cabinet doors that fall easily, creating a real safety hazard. On top of that, the kitchen is not working properly, making it very difficult to cook and prepare meals. We were also never given a mailbox key, so we are not receiving our mail. This is by far the worst management company to exist. This will be long read but important. My daughter was recently displaced from her home due to the flood that happened on June 12. The owner of the townhome arrived that morning to look at the damages and told the tenants that were there that he would prorate the days they were displaced. Unfortunately when my then very pregnant daughter moved in flood insurance was not added to the rental insurance for it was not in a flood zone. So when it happened they had moved their dogs to another place and they chose to stay on the second floor while they bring in the fans and dehumidifier. This was on June 14 two days after the flood. Do not rent from this company! Please save yourself the headache! We moved into one of their rental homes last month and there has been issue after issue. No proper inspection was done prior to move in. The owner Courtney is extremely rude and unprofessional she will speak down to you as if you are a delinquent kid. Our lives and health were put a risk with gas leaks and now mold and they have shown no empathy or urgency regarding major issues with the home. Now left without hot water or a stove for a week and they refused to cover hotel costs. The owner Courtney told me herself they do not inspect or fix anything in between tenants and boy does it show! We now have to live in a nightmare for close to 3k a month! This company needs to be shut down!
