I'm an out-of-town investor. I first met Aaron when he looked at two houses for me when I was buying the notes on them and becoming the lender. He spent time even though there was no immediate gain for him. Two years later I was back needing to sell one of those houses. Aaron oversaw the renovation and got an offer within a few days. I've never had a realtor go so far for me and handle things so very well. Even though this wasn't a typical transaction, Aaron's willingness to do whatever it takes to win a great success for a client would be a gift to anyone needing to do any kind of real estate deal.
