Chris and Ashley & the entire maintenance staff were exceptional during my recent experience requiring their assistance. I submitted a maintenance request due to my freezer leaking and they showed up within 15-20 minutes. They were able to quickly resolve the issue and they were very kind, professional and fun to chat with. Give these fellas a raise!

Spent the last year at Sojourn Glenwood Place and just moved into The Residences (another Grubb property) due to the amazing experience I had at Sojourn. Leasing office staff have always been attentive and helpful, but the maintenance staff are where Grubb really shines. Didn’t have maintenance issues often, but they were always handled quickly, and Randy in particular has been a huge asset—always attentive, quick to help, and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for Grubb. 6 stars for Randy!

You now have to Validate parking at their buildings. What a huge pain in the A! Absolutely terrible experience every time I want to get a beer.
