I scheduled a phone appointment with the owner because I am a property owner looking to hire a property management company. Prior to this call, I had sent multiple emails and tried calling the office several times, but I never received any response and no one answered the phone. When I finally spoke with the owner, my first question was simply whether the business was actively operating, given the lack of communication.
