WOW. If you are considering living here, I strongly advise you to reconsider. This is only our fourth day here, and it has been nothing but stress. We moved into this townhome expecting an upgrade from our previous apartment, but from day one it has been problem after problem. We were told the home would be cleaned prior to move-in, but it was not. While we planned to clean ourselves, we assumed the home had at least been inspected for basic items like electrical and plumbing. That does not appear to have been the case. On move-in day, the living room and kitchen lights would not stay on. The breaker repeatedly tripped every 10–15 minutes, even with no appliances plugged in. Disaster from day one don't do it to yourself. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to look elsewhere. No maintenance support There’s no dedicated maintenance staff. Anything that breaks will be your problem. On move in day, the home was flooding. I smelled sewage, then turned to see water pouring in. The property manager scrambled to find a plumber last minute and even brought a shop vac but the on call maintenance guy stood by, did nothing, and left. I had to use my own moving blankets (worth $300) to soak up their mess. The property manager tried to make it right, but upper management only offered $100 which is beyond disrespectful. I lived in this townhouse community and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The construction quality is extremely low. The flooring appears to be peel-and-stick material and would pop up on its own, even in low-traffic areas. The patio door would not stay closed and constantly popped back open. When I submitted maintenance requests, I rarely received responses. Occasionally someone would call and send a contractor, but it did not appear they used professional maintenance companies. There is no on-site maintenance staff, and repairs felt temporary and low quality. Property management was also very difficult to deal with. ****ATTN FOLKS: PLS LOOK AT THE PEOPLE WHO ARE GIVING 5 STARS AND THEIR HISTORY. The company and property manager are having employees/affiliates/friends give good ratings. As a FORMER TENANT, I would not recommend this place for the world. Just look at the reviews with photos. Crappy quality in build, constant sewage overflow, neighbors parking however they’d like impeding pedestrian/handicap residents and DOG FECES ALLLLLL OVER THE PLACE…***
