I’ve had a great experience at The Grove at Northwest Hills! From the moment I started talking with the team, the office staff (Ka’ryn, Sam, and Cade), have all been incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me feel comfortable, and even shared helpful tips about living in the community, which really made a difference. The maintenance crew has also been excellent — quick to respond, respectful of my place and my time, and efficient in getting a couple of things taken care of in my apartment without any hassle. I’ve lived at The Grove at Far West for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had in Austin. The location alone is unbeatable — tucked away in a quiet, tree-filled neighborhood, yet just minutes from downtown, UT, and all the essentials (HEB, Starbucks, and great local restaurants are right around the corner). The community is beautifully maintained, with lots of green spaces that make it feel more like a park than an apartment complex. Great place to live in a really good part of town. Sam, Cade, and Karyn do a great job of running the office here. Maintenance staff is friendly, quick to respond to maintenance requests, and keeps the grounds looking good. They've been adding some nice amenities near the office with corn hole and a nice place to hangout. If you're looking in the Northwest Hills area, this is the place to be.

Karyn is extremely personable, professional, and patient. She’s got The- Let’s figure it out together, attitude and mentality that makes interacting with her wonderful. I’ve been living at this property for nearly a year, and I wanted to discuss releasing options. I walked in there ready to sign a new lease across the street, but it was Karyn expertise and advice that landed me into a two bedroom apartment for only 100 more dollars with a much better view. This isn’t just an apartment complex. This is a quiet community and the staff here understands that.
