Grove at Nolan Creek Apartments

absolutely amazing apartments! the manager (michelle ross) is amazing and always willing to work with you! the maintenance men are on top of it, anytime there is an issue they get it taken care of within 2-3 days if they can! i also see the manager working with the maintenance men to improve and keep the property clean and presentable which you don’t see often nowadays recently renewed my lease for another year. the one bedrooms are perfect for one person plenty of space i even have two cats and we are very comfortable! 100% recommend living here amazing community and management!

I lived here for about two years and really liked it. It was quiet, in a great location, and close to pretty much everything I needed to get to. I never had any issues while I lived there, which made it an easy chill place to live. The rent was affordable, and being right next to the park was a nice bonus for me so i could walk my dog everyday. Overall, it was a good place to live and I’d recommend it. 😃

Grove at Nolan Creek is a great option for renters. We felt at home within the Grove community . Due to circumstances that befell our family we had to move out of state. The manager Michelle went beyond the normal duties of her position to help us move and clear the apartment. In todays world it is very hard to find a company and management that have great business morels. If I ever get the chance to move back the Grove at Nolan Creek will be my home.

This is a recovered review sine after I posted it I found that my review was not visible to other Google accounts, leading me to believe that I was unjustly reported. So over a year later, I'm trying again so that others do not have the negative experiences I suffered back in 2024. Proof of my original review attached in photos. Haven't lived there in over a year. When our lease was up we got put on a month to month lease. Put in a verbal , written and text message on the app on the 7th of October that we were moving out and we got told we couldn't move out until the 30th of November. We moved out by the 25th of October turned the key in to surrender our rights to the apartment "per the lease said to do" and then got hit with November's rent and all kind of extra fees she could think of. 10 out 10 would not recommend renting
