Grotto Homewatch is the best we’ve had in twenty years in Naples. John is reliable, communicates effectively and we feel totally comfortable that our home is in good hands when we aren’t here. I have recommended John to friends and neighbors and we all feel the same way - John is the best!

We have been very pleased with Grotto Homewatch during the 5 months that we were not at our residence. John kept a weekly scheduled visit time followed by a text message with notes regrading problems, an explanation of his response, and confirmation of all systems being checked. John included pictures of any problems and a picture of the weekly checklist. He was able to meet vendors doing some work for us and checked to make sure all the work was satisfactorily completed. His communication was excellent and I felt he was invested in caring for our property. We will continue to work with John and I would highly recommend his services.
