Grosvenor Gardens Apartments

Recently renovated, good taste, friendly and reasonable neighbors, friendly super, it has a laundry room, cute squirrels and bunnies, close to downtown and Pullen Park, etc.

I made a visit to this apartment earlier today as I was pet sitting for one of my clients in the complex. The property manager jumped out of her Audi, was extremely rude, and told me to move as soon as I parked. She wouldn’t indicate to me which spots were visitor spots when I asked for clarification and persisted in rudely cutting me off and stating “you can go now” even though I would temporarily be parked for 20ish minutes. Given how they treat guests, this would be the absolute last apartment I consider renting.

Roaches, poor maintenance, stalkers, arson, & unreasonably high rent. I lived here for 3 years & can't recommend it to anyone, unless you like paying over $1000 to live in a filthy box
