Met Mrs Cynthia and Joey through a mutual friend that has used her for multiple properties. Had problems prior dealing with realtors that were not working out. Right away her and Joey meet me at the house to walk around and within the first week we had an offer. Within the first month of the home being posted we closed yesterday. This whole process was a first for me so I didn’t know what to expect. Mrs Cynthia took care of everything and always answered my questions and was very helpful with the whole process. I really don't think we would have found a better suited buyer, and closed had it not been for Gay's assistance. Se even kept the porch swept off and made sure everything was perfect even if she was not the agent showing the property.
