RENTER'S BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Cynthia is horrible with communication. For anyone that is thinking about moving into 283 Waterdown Drive - Unit 3 this is what the inside of the refrigerator looks like. There is definitely an infestation inside of the refrigerator. I had a professional cleaner and a pest control company to confirm this. You can't tell by just opening the refrigerator door and looking in. You have to look all the way up inside of the refrigerator near the lightbulb and around the seals on the inside. Instead of replacing the refrigerator or sending out an exterminator, Cynthia sent a cleaner several times prior to the date I was supposed to move in. Yet it still looks like this. Cynthia Grimsley was the worst property manager I have ever had. She rented my family out a home where upon moving in the kitchen ceiling was cracked from water damage and had a huge water spot, the flooring was completely ripped up, and had an abundance of spiders. She refused to fix the flooring, said they do not treat spiders, neglected the ceiling to the point where within a few months of living there the kitchen ceiling fell. All she did to fix said problem was put up a board. I had to call the city on her just to get her to make repairs to the ceiling and flooring. Hurricane comes I still have no ceiling and no kitchen lights an other cracks begin to appear. When we rented from Cynthia, the house was supposed to be move in ready. It was listed as a 4 bedroom. When we moved in, it was a 3 bedroom and a den. The den was originally a car port with cement floors. The carpet needed replacing because the previous owner had a dog and you could smell it. And the walls were several different shades of beige, but in one room. I guess she thought that wasn't important. Also, when we moved in, we discovered the house was infested with every bug imaginable. We kept telling her about it, and her response was "oh... bugs are natural down here they're every where." I was told this house was move in ready and it is not!! I have had so many problems and haven't even been here three full weeks. I was never told I had to pay for gas for heat just water and electricity. So me and my family was without heat for a week. Our laundry room floor need to be replaced our window has been broken since before we moved in and they said it would be fixed and it still needs to be replaced. I have had many things wrong and still have a full year to live here. The list continues of what is wrong with the house but I wont go into that. Let's just say people moved out and left it bad and no clean up. This is my first home and I'm not even happy. I'm spending money cleaning up after the old tenets. All of the other people on the reviews are right. Take A her time to fix thing. Took 7 months to get a toilet replaced which she sent several people and wanted the cheapest deal and it still was not fixed properly. The house is falling apart day by day. She changed the dates on work orders so it gives her more times. Also put the rent in when she wants, we pay our rent on the 26-30 of each month but she doesn't put it in to the 5th or 6th and will try to charge you a late fee. You can't talk to the owner of the house which is not stated anywhere on the lease but she refused because she doesn't want to get in trouble. DO NOT rent from this woman or her realty company or Terry McBryde because he seems like a down to earth person but you will be stuck with Cynthia and her lies.
