Working with Jared has been a pleasure. I live in Colorado Springs and he sold my house in Northern Colorado. On cold days he would make sure the house was staying warm so none of the plumbing pipes would freeze. He notified me when part of the fence blew down during a high wind storm. The house needed some plumbing work and Jared found a great contractor to do the work. Jared is always shopping around for the best deals. He even went down in the basement and replaced a few bulbs that went out. He was readily available throughout the entire selling process, and would usually respond to a text message with 20 minutes. He worked very hard to get the most out of my home as he is a keen negotiator. From 1-10, 10 being the best I give him an absolute 10!

Jared did a great job selling a house for us. We haven't bought or sold a house in 30 years so we weren't knowledgeable about today's processes. He walked us through everything seamlessly and quickly. He was always quick to respond when we had questions and he kept us informed on all showings and feedback. The closing went extremely well with the title company he uses. It was quick and painless. We highly recommend Jared to anyone who needs to buy or sell.

My wife and I began the process of selling our home with Jared in October of 2025. During the sale we also made a move out of state and throughout the whole experience he was incredibly informative and on top of every aspect of the home selling process especially considering everything on our end was happening remotely. We did have a couple hiccups along the way, partially on the buyers end and also due to some extreme weather that required some repairs to the property. He made sure we understood the impact of the situation and gave great insight on how we could proceed but always let us make our own decisions. He even helped source contractors for repairs which was way beyond anything we expected from our realtor. Working with Jared was amazing and we couldn't recommend him more highly!

I'm not one to generally review things on Google but I really wanted to let folks know how much I appreciated working with Jared! As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and he always did his best to inform me of everything at every step of the way. He was always quick to make sure we could look at the houses we were interested in seeing and putting in offers when we were excited to make an offer. I honestly would not have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. I'm sure y'all are aware of how anxiety producing securing housing can be, but with Jared along on the journey with us...we really felt like we were in good hands. We've lived in our new house for a couple months now and I'm beyond grateful for the opportunity I had to work with Jared. We're so very happy
