Griffith Park Apartments

The question, are pets allowed? ???? This would be a yes, but then again it's the pets that run this place over the actual tenants and MGMT!

I resided at Griffith Park Dude Ranch from 1983 to 1990 and speak from experience; this is, indeed the worst apartment complex in Southern California to live in. 'Management' is non-existent unless they're not on drugs (which is not that often!) or just ignoring Tenants' requirements. The Glendale Police are all too familiar with Griffith Park Dude Ranch; they've had shoot-outs (the bullet holes left were visible in the buildings) and barricades here in the past with Tenants - they have the address locked in memory as a site of trouble. The 'neighbors' in the area despise this place due to its appearance and the Tenants; but for Glendale Dude Ranch, this is indeed an appealing and convenient neighborhood. Everyone I spoke with at the Griffith Park Apartment says that there are lots of addicts who lives in this complex at Paula Ave. I do not think that this place would be safe at night. Does anyone knows what the inside of the apartments are like? I finally saw the inside of the apartments. This place use to smell so bad because they did not clean the horse stables.
