My interior designer recommended Griffith-Brilhart for repairs and renovations needed before selling it. GBB was remarkable from every angle. Consummate professionals. Incredibly responsive. Communicative. Knowledgeable. A great team. Great workmanship. Fair pricing. Good people. From fixing a leaking bathtub to repainting our dramatic living room (replacing the dark paint used), to numerous other tasks, everything was done wonderfully well, on schedule, and on budget.

We had our hallway bathroom remodeled. The communication throughout the project was terrible. They would say they were coming on a certain day, we wouldn't hear from them, they wouldn't show, we had to follow up. We are happy with the end result, but getting there was exhausting. They guarantee the work for 1 year. We had a leak from the tub. We were told someone would be out within a day or 2, it was over a week later that someone came out. They fixed the leak and left a cut-out in our linen closet. 2 Months later, they finally came out to finish the linen closet and we are still waiting for them to let us know when someone will be out to fix the ceiling from the leaking tub.

Ryan and Janet were very professional, timely and completely transparent as I navigated my way through the estimate process on an addition to my house. I look forward to working with them to complete my project.

I had this company come out and look at my home to give me an estimate on home repairs. They never gave me an estimate even though they came out twice. I called and messaged several times but never received the estimate. After wasting 2 months, I went with another company.
