Griffis Union Station

I’ve had a great experience living here thanks in huge part to the amazing team that keeps everything running as smoothly as possible. David, Sara and Carson are always friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. They make every interaction easy and always go above and beyond to take care of everyone and anyone who swings through the front office. Huge shout out the entire maintenance team, particularly Chris and Tommy. They’re responsive, thorough and always fix things quickly. It’s clear they take pride in their work, care about keeping the property in top shape and making residents happy. I know that when I put a request in it will addressed ASAP. Meh? The building is great and the leasing office is good, but probably in my 10+ years of leasing apartments, never have I seen such a lazy maintenance team. It’s usually the other way around. For a team that is tenant facing and ensuring facilities are up to par that’s kind of wild. I’m not asking for super heroes, but golly step up, communicate. Especially after hours. The other griffis building across the street is suspiciously more taken care of and you can tell when it snows.

Excellent Location & Helpful Staff: I’ve lived here for almost two years and love the area. Everything one might need is within walking distance, including some of Denver's best downtown spots. The office staff is great. David Chavez is especially helpful and always responsive. I recommend living here!

While most of the reviews I see on here talk about how the elevators are always down, I appreciate Griffis letting us know what is happening with them and that they are being tested for safety. I have lived here for almost a year and have liked it more than anywhere I've lived in denver for the last 5 years. And I've been moving every year at least once. It's not a glitz and glam apartment but it's managed well and anytime I've had any issues with my apartment they come quickly to fix it. I live up against the train tracks and they were sort of loud at first but you get used to it very quickly, especially since the soundproofing to outside is actually very good.
