Griffis North Union

The staff at Griffis North Union has been phenomenal to work with! I moved from Chicago to Denver in less than a week and Bronwyn helped me every step of the way! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming and on top of that, the building is amazing.

I’ve enjoyed living here. The apartments stay clean. Maintenance is cool. They are attentive and informative. Management is open to suggestions and are quick to respond to inquiries. The elevators are kind of always broken, but the apartments are still accessible in my opinion.

The move-in process was okay overall, but there were several issues early on. Maintenance later shared that they were not informed of my move-in, so the unit was not initially walked. My ice maker was delivered about three weeks after move-in and is still not functioning properly. The most challenging part of my experience has been navigating the Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documentation process through the property’s third-party verification system, OurPetPolicy. I provided a verified ESA letter and repeatedly asked for clarification on what additional information was needed, if any. Throughout this process, both on-site staff and a corporate representative named Cody communicated that they were unable to review or make any decisions regarding my documentation and that everything had

New resident but the location and building are great. It would have been 5 stars but after giving maintenance 9 days to clear out the washer they left full of towels that were sopping wet, it still wasn't done. I ended up having to fix everything myself because I cant wait more days to do laundry. Really frustrating to have to spend 3 hours cleaning something that was left there on top of moving. I have learned it was NOT maintenance it was the cleaners who left that mess.
