I rented here two years and I love it . Near all the action still quiet and not to much traffic . Anna, John and Sunni are a great . Festivals every weekend and free activities. The apartments host awesome monthly activities free for tenants. Excellent security and maintenance is fast with any issues . The pool is peaceful and never full.Rooftop amenities are a plus. My grandma visited and she we grilled had amazing time

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the Loftin Building deserved one. I moved in a few months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Management truly goes out of their way for tenants and is always quick to take care of anything that comes up. They are incredibly caring, responsive, and kind, which makes living here feel comfortable and welcoming. I truly love calling this place home.

Lived here for the past 2 years and enjoyed it! I loved my exercise routine that included a walk to the ocean in Palm Beach and also enjoyed the dog park in the building that was convenient for my pups. John and Sunni were particularly nice. Lastly, great pool and roof deck.

Imagine you moved into Loftin Apartments December 2023, then in January 2024 construction began directly below your specific apartment for the next 7 consecutive months and counting. Imagine you had intentionally chosen Loftin because you were seeking the calmest and quietest option for apartments downtown. Imagine asking Sonni, John, and Theresa in the leasing office why you weren’t told when you moved in the month prior that construction was about to begin so you could have simply chosen a different unit and they have no answer. Imagine being misled about timing - that you asked in April when construction would be finished and that you were told it would be over by May, but it’s now July and you’re just now being informed that there are still months of construction ahead. Loftin Place is the best place to live downtown. The location is great, the amenities are plenty and well-maintained, and more than anything, the people working here are the absolute best. From kind and helpful maintenance to an amazing management team/leasing office. They are always friendly, helpful, and try to make Loftin place better in every way they can.
