Griffis LoDo

I want to start off by saying that all of the staff at Griffis are AMAZING. Me and my boyfriend moved to Denver from Seattle at the beginning of December and were definitely stressed about finding a good apartment for us and our cat. Our first experience with Griffis started at the tour. Our tour guide was Trey and he was so helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about moving in, pet policies, and overall getting to know the building. He was very upfront with every single fee that would be charged. This was something that meant a lot to us as residents. We knew right off the bat that this was where we wanted to live. This building and the staff are absolutely incredible and I can’t emphasize this enough!! Such a clean and well run building I love it here. Trey at the front is a great guy, always smiling and friendly and goes out of his way to get what whatever we need. Really hard worker and we are lucky to have him. Cliff is maintenance is a hero and has gone out of his way to go above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. He made my issues a priority, even when it was technically not required. Really goes out of his way to help! Shout out to him! Maria, who cleans the common areas, is so lovely and she works so hard and you can tell by just how clean and pristine every inch of this place is. This building is amazing! I don't have anything but great things to say. Trey has been incredibly helpful since day one and is always willing to answer any questions. The management (specifically Nina) is very communicative and on top of things around the property, when answering questions about leases, etc. It is always clean and well taken care of in the hot tub, gym, community spaces, hallways, etc. The maintenance team is amazing, especially Cliff! I would say it is pretty quiet, especially for being downtown Denver. I did a lot of research into complexes in the area, and this is by far my favorite one!!

We appreciate Cliff! He finished touching up some paint in our bathroom and he let me know that typically he drops off touch up paint, but since there was not a small canister he would assist this one time. I always appreciate his honesty. I like to know what's expected of me being in a unit. In the two years we've been in the complex, he's just been a gem for us. Cliff is so professional and still exudes care. We appreciate that we can ask him questions and he has thoughtful answers, if he doesn't know he will inquire. He's always so reasonable and also realistic. He never over promises or never underdelivers. He has assisted us to know the little things to do to properly maintain our unit like getting a disposal cleaner in our disposal to prevent smells and buying a little better air fi

Griffis LoDo is unquestionably the finest Griffis property in the Lower Downtown area. My time living here was a genuinely wonderful experience — one I will look back on fondly for years to come. The amenities are exceptional, creating a unique atmosphere that never failed to impress my guests. Nina, our leasing agent, played a huge role in making our stay so enjoyable. She was consistently helpful, resourceful, and approachable, and I’m glad to now consider her a friend. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for an elevated living experience in Denver.
