Griffis Edgemoor

I cannot say enough good things about Griffis Edgemoor. This will be a longer review, but the short and simple version is this: the apartments and building are gorgeous, but the staff MAKE this place exceptional. The support and kindness are top tier and the resident community is one of the best I’ve experienced. The location is also perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough and will dive into more details below to mention specific staff and help future residents. My move-in process exceeded my expectations. We've been living at this property for almost 2 years and its been a great experience. Not only because our apartment and building is well maintained with a special attention to details, but mostly because of the community and management. We haven't had any problems or concerns that weren't addressed or resolved promptly, and for matters that require some flexibility, both management, leasing and maintenance were there to help us. The location is unique and would definitely recommend the farmer's market every Sunday right across the street! Definitely recommending this property!!

While I've had countless apartments over the years, I've never lived anywhere quite like the Griffis Edgemoor. It's everything you want in an apartment, a building and a home. Each apartment is well designed with stunning finishes that are minimal, calming and built to last - which I cannot say about other new/newer buildings. We never hear noise from nearby apartments and if we need something fixed, the Griffis Edgemoor maintenance team comes almost immediately and are so helpful. But the best part of the Griffis Edgemoor is the building itself, which has an entire floor and several community spaces for residents to use to work, relax and gather. I've been a resident for 3 months and the experience has been great. Management and staff are always friendly, responsive and helpful. The property is very attractive and well maintained. Great amenities, great location. Quality fittings and furnishings that come with the unit. Every month there are various activities sponsored by management which are a great way to get involved, meet others in the building and build community. I don't have experience with other rental buildings as I moved from a house, but this has been everything I had hoped for.

It was wonderful right from the moment we moved in. The room is so clean, and I'm so happy to be living in this community. They realized that customizing the shower was important to my family, and customized the shower head before I even asked. It was a wonderful surprise. Iria arranged a smooth move-in. Even after we moved in, when I asked for room maintenance, Reagan came right away and resolved the issue. Stan carefully listened to what I said and addressed my concerns appropriately. I feel so at ease, and I'm grateful to all the staff.
