Griffis East Village

Im pretty sure this will be met with a very non-conclusive response but I ’m giving two stars and I’ll tell you why: 1 - the model unit I visited is not quite the same as the one I got. Theres a slight difference, that makes a difference to me. The quote I was sent when decided to sign the lease, had a whole different floor plan. 2- I was never advised on the amount of noise the place across the street makes. I love it the concerts, and how vivid it is, but working on EST, that amount of noise, when the windows ARE NOT prepared to isolate the noise away, can be a lot. I would had loved a heads up on it and the leasing agent NEVER mentioned it. 3 - it was also NEVER mentioned the amount of privacy I would lose by getting the unit I did - again, the outdoor view from the model is WAY diff

We have lived here for about one month and are very happy with our decision to lease here. The community is clean, safe and conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. The fitness center is clean and the equipment seems newer. Our apartment (which we rented remotely from Denver without ever actually seeing) is exactly as represented on their website. But the number one reason we felt comfortable signing a lease was due to the Assistant Community Manager, Erik. He was attentive to our questions, knowledgeable about the neighborhood and transparent about the application process. All around - a great place to call home.

I can’t say enough good things about Bryan! He’s absolutely incredible, always quick, efficient, and so positive whenever he comes by. No matter how many maintenance requests he has to handle, he makes you feel like your issue is his top priority. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly and uplifting. Bryan makes living here that much better

I found my spot at Griffis East Village and moved in 2 days later. The leasing team was super transparent about everything from move in fees to amenities and parking. I didn't get any hidden surprises, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were quick to respond to emails, and the whole process felt smooth, especially considering how fast everything happened. Maintenance is on point. Anything I’ve needed fixed has been handled quickly, and they’re always on top of cleaning up pet messes and the gym is cleaned daily. Plus, It’s a pet-friendly community, they do pet of the month and even have a treat station in the entrance. The level of professionalism and kindness displayed by the leasing office team, particularly the leasing managers, is unparalleled.
