TLDR: Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else but here. The worst experience I’ve had in an apartment. My stay at Griffis was around 2023-2025. My experience was relatively pleasant when I first moved into this building. When problems arose the longer I lived here, they were not resolved effectively. It seems like quick, cheap fixes and upgrades to make the building more desirable to new tenants is a much higher priority than making their current tenants happy and comfortable. Reading prior reviews throughout the years, it’s clear that the same issues keep happening and no one is actually doing anything to resolve these concerns. Living here has been a consistently solid experience. What ultimately led me to renew my lease comes down to three things. First, the people. Turnover happens everywhere, but the level of professionalism, respect, and ease of communication I’ve experienced with both former and current team members clearly reflects strong leadership and thoughtful management. Second, the property itself: a truly non-smoking environment, a great location, and an overall atmosphere that feels calm and well maintained. And third, how issues are handled. My partner and I moved in a few days ago and we’ve been having the most amazing moving experience so far. Our leasing agent Juna is extremely helpful and I will recommend her to everyone. She’s kind, honest and wants to actually help you find a home with everything you’re looking for in your price range. She listened to all our opinions/questions/concerns and had helpful answers for everything. We applied the day after touring and were approved less than 12 hours later. The apartment has a free dolly you can use, and elevators which has made moving a breeze. Not a good property! Not luxurious at all! They make you think it’s a luxury property by showing you amenities but it’s anything but luxurious! I regret renting from here and wish I hadn’t. For the price you can definitely look elsewhere and get something much better! Between residents propping doors open, writing on handrails and graffiti on electrical boxes, it’s not worth it. Dogs pee in the halls and there’s no cameras so no one can prove where it’s coming from. Residents speak rudely on the resident portal about dogs, instead of the property manager sending out messages to residents. Not happy at all and I will make sure anyone renting knows the truth about this community

My experience with the Griffis Cherry Creek’s process from tour, to signing the lease, to move in has been absolutely wonderful and easy to manage with a very hectic schedule. This has been in big part to their leasing agent, Sarah O, helping me through it! She has been extremely kind, communicative, and understanding. Their team in the leasing office is great, and has made me excited to join this community!
