Griffis Cheesman Park

I've lived here for two years and have been very happy here. Helpful/attentive maintenance staff, great amenities, clean, safe, quiet, great location. I would definitely recommend it.

Griffis Cheesman Park has been an outstanding place to live over the past two years. It’s ideally located right by a beautiful and active park, yet the complex itself remains peaceful and quiet. The staff is truly exceptional—friendly, responsive, and always professional. The community is welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable living environment in a fantastic location.

New resident here! First off, what an incredible spot and location in Denver. Also was so easy to move in. The staff made it incredibly easy to park our POD and get items moved in all within an afternoon. Shoutout to Stephen and Christof for the warm welcome. Also their Service Manager Attila is so efficient and nice. We had a few items to fix and he knocked it out asap. Super respectful with time. Wanted to give a shoutout to the team as I know my wife and I will be here a long time. In love with the place and immediately felt like home.

I can’t rave enough about life here at Griffis Cheesman. The building is terrific, the location is amazing and the staff here are absolutely top notch. Stephanie, Bri and the leasing folks are all super friendly and communicative about things that are going on around the property. The maintenance team responds to my service requests very quickly (always same day). Cheryl is especially responsive and patient, always with a smile on her face and always solving my issues. I found this building during a rocky transition in my life, and chose to use a furnished subletting service (Landing) as an interim solution. I’ve been so happy with my stay here that I hope to lease my own space in this building soon. Very grateful to have found this sanctuary when I needed it most.

If I could give a hundred stars, I would. The team at Griffis at Cheesman Park doesn’t rely on gimmicks or flashy perks to impress residents—they simply manage this property exceptionally well. Every staff member is kind, professional, and good at problem-solving. They’re all real class acts. Whoever oversees this property deserves serious recognition. We’re so happy and hope nothing changes!! Thank you for making it enjoyable to live here!
