My wife and I stopped into the office while on vacation a few years ago basically to learn more about housing options if we decided to relocate as we really liked the area. Kim Griffin Jr. dropped what he was doing, invited us into his office and spent some good quality time teaching us all about Raleigh/Durham and we really enjoyed the conversation. We ultimately decided not to relocate to NC but meeting with Kim was an enjoyable and helpful experience. I know he would have been our go-to realtor had we decided to move.

My fiancé and I rented with Griffin Associates for a little under 2 years and we had such a wonderful experience with them! We worked particularly with Will Griffin who helped us from the beginning to the end of our time as their tenants. Any time we had trouble with anything we would email Will who responded right away and made sure our problem was taken care of within the next 2 business days. Never once did we have a negative experience with anyone at their office. Everyone is very helpful! I have recommended Griffin Associated to my friends and family. We truly recommend them!!

Talked on the phone with this company. Got the feeling that they don't care about clients in general. It's the sort of non-caring attitude I'd see if I was talking to someone who doesn't get paid based on their service. Sort of like a tech support hotline that just provides the basics and doesn't really want to help the customer, just wants to do the bare-minimum. Advice: Maybe you guys/gals make a lot of money and don't really care about getting new customers. If you do care, then show it...

I am a owner that used Griffin Associates as my property management company. They were very disorganized, and made several mistakes. On top of that, they would charge me for the errors they made. The final straw was when they sent my owners check to the wrong address. I gave them expressive instructions not to send me anything via mail. In the end, they charged me a lost check fee to replace the one they lost. Stay away everyone!

Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs! My mother visited here for a home viewing and had a very traumatizing experience with Anna. Highly disrespectful and dismissive, i’d recommended you to think twice about engaging in any services with Will Griffin Assoc.. Will not be returning or recommending this business, very dissatisfied with the services received today. Shame on you!
