Worst place on planet earth. Had a closing on September 6 on September 5 they had done nothing towards the file or the escrow and they were only supposed to give my $20,000 earnest money deposit directly to the seller and instead they gave it to someone else’s hard money, lender and now I can’t get it back. Worst title company on planet earth please avoid it all cost although now I think they are out of business, their escrow officer is terrible

Horrible experience with Greystone Title company. Not professional at all! Especially Janet Davis. She yelled at me on the phone because we couldn’t accommodate her schedule of when she wanted us to sign. She never told us the amount due at closing nor did she notify the Loan officer. She just can’t communicate at all. Never use this title company. I also reported her and the company to BBB.

I have used this title company so many times, they always answer the phone, they always go above and beyond! Janet Davis is a rock star! I am so thankful fir them! When another title company gives me something I always have to call graystone to fix it.
