Greystone Meadows Apartment Homes

Current resident here! Overall, this is not a bad place to live. My two biggest gripes are the parking situation and the 3rd world trash setup. Parking- if you manage to get a parking spot, you literally can't go anywhere in the evening because when you get back there won't be any. If you work nights, go ahead a look elsewhere because the covered spots have wait-list and when you come home from work there will literally be nowhere to park. They just switched to a new parking system and I have not seen even the slightest improvement. I was lucky to get a covered spot but it on the opposite end of the complex. Also if you have an EV they have chargers here which is nice, but since there isn't parking ANYWHERE there is always gas cars in them. Overall the parking setup is really atrocious. G

The Manager and all the staff are great here! If any maintenance issues arise they take care of it in a timely manner and if any issues on property they take care of it in a timely manner. Everyone on the staff is kind and caring and friendly. The apt complex is very nice and mostly quiet. Residents here are mostly friendly as well. Way better than most apts out there in my opinion. Parking can be a little snug in the late eve and during the night but management is working on that. Still a great place to live. 🥰💕

We love the quick response and Jordan was nice to fix our light issues for both rooms and bathroom , he also fixed the toilet all in one day! I put the issues in portal the same day and got it done after a couple of hours! I was so impressed. Thank you so much!

I've been living at Greystone Meadows for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to everything I need. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—especially Ashleigh. From day one, she’s been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with maintenance requests, or just greeting residents with a smile, Ashleigh goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the community and the people in it. If you're looking for a place that feels like home and is managed by people who truly care, I highly recommend Greystone Meadows.

I am THANKFUL for these apartment homes. The experience of living in my home has been brought to a very high standard. I feel appreciated as a resident here and I feel like a part of family. Like I am a part of a community. Like my values are acknowledged. The office staff has went above and beyond my expectations. I feel safe, heard, and appreciated. You can feel the strength of this community’s Manager Taylor and Assistant Manager Ashley. They both lead with strength and our community is a direct reflection of their commitment to it.
