This is truly one of the most beautiful subdivisions in the Chelsea/Dexter area. If you want a short drive to Ann Arbor but you are looking for a peaceful place in the country this is absolutely it. This is the only sub I know of that has multi acre lots with paved roads, natural gas, and you can have horses and barns if you like.
Greystone building made the entire process of building our house seamless. They are professional, always available and onsite regularly, and helped us every step of the way. I would recommend them without hesitation.
