The incompetence and the inability to follow up and show up to your appointment on time, is an indication for me not to rent from here. 20 minutes late to an appointment that I had text back and follow up for, because I didn’t get a response after the initial engagement, 2 days in a row just to get the leasing agent to schedule a tour, and Davin is late. Not bothering to tell me he/she was going to be late until after already being so. No thanks. No professionalism.

I've been pretty happy here no issues but maybe I've just been lucky. Friendly neighbors, no pests, haven't needed to contact management much but they've been attentive in rare occasions when I have. Jose the maintenance and caretaker guy is helpful and quickly fixes things if you need. Guess other people have had bad experiences though

I was greatful to have gotten out of this lease here OMG! Don’t do it. Signing yourself to death row if you do. It’s plenty of better places downtown. From horrible maintenance, we had no FRONT DESK which i knew, but getting in contact with management and they were extremely rude. I saw a post on tiktok about how rude the property manager was rude. But considering the reviews have been relatively known to be bad so why would any of you even consider moving here? Believe the reviews.

Very POOR management. I kid you not. Call right now and you will not get an answer. Very unprofessional. I asked residents the second week moving in and they are currently trying to out their lease. Initially, my friend was denied (im sure because of prejudice reasons) the property management team rudely responded they do not want him and have the right to refuse without notice so I got the unit in my name for him with easy approval and I make significantly less and credit not the best. I am angry that we had to go this route. On top of the extremely rude staff. The building was only moved into for convenience but otherwise the amenities are very poor, the conditions of the units aren’t that great, they charge ridiculous amounts for parking with not enough stalls, there’s a pest and rode
