We have been very fortunate to have Greta as our realtor on our home search. Buying a home in another province can be a daunting experience but Greta made it all possible for us with her well-rounded acumen in real estate, her invaluable advice, professionalism, and seamless service. She made time for us, accompanied us from home inspection, the walk-through, she took possession for us and was over at the house on the day we moved in to make sure that everything is working well and in order. She is a lovely and wonderful person. We would highly recommend Greta to anyone.

We feel extremely fortunate to have had Greta as our agent when we were looking for a home in CdA. She worked hard to find homes for us. Even after we decided to walk away from a sale (due to the inspection) Greta jumped right back in and started a new search. She found another home and negotiated a great offer and ultimate purchase. Greta made everything about buying our first home easy, fun and stress free. I could not have asked for a better experience. She even drove to the home, after it had snowed and took pictures and videos, to help us decide, if we should drive 15 hours, to see the house. I would highly recommend her.
