I would not even give 1 star. All in all complete deception. Gave June my property for management on 2021. I believe no tenants were actually vetted . Now I have been told that it is going to suddenly cost about 5-7 grand to fix the damage that property manager June never told me about. Holes in the door, holes in the roof. Cabinet is painted in a different color , doors , vanity is messed up. Could me 2 previous tenants that had payment issue for months. She is not being very good in ever informing me about the issues. And now I am in this mess. DO NOT give her your property to manage- she will messed it up as you won’t see any payment for months. All you will get is sob stories over stories.
