Greenwood Terrace

I wanted to write an update to my ongoing problems with my a/c and the management. If management offered me a credit on rent or another suite on a temp basis (there are tons of vacant suites the same size as mine), I would not be writing this review. Instead, I received snarky replies such as "you can have another suite if you're willing to sign a new lease and pay more rent" (my paraphrase) and "if you're unhappy with the building you can leave" (my paraphrase).

Do not rent office space in this building. The A/C went out last week for the second time in 2023. I can't meet clients in an 82 degree office with no air flow. The last time the A/C and air flow went out it took them over 3 weeks to fix. This is the situation under the new property management company, Elevate Real Estate.

Old apartment building converted to office space.. My company rented a small temp space for overflow here. The AC went out and stayed broken for 2 weeks?

Suites are a little hard to find but it is a nice building!

Beautiful business area. Plenty of parking.
