Greenwood Property Management

Do not rent from Greenwood. I have been in one of their rentals for about 7 months and I cannot wait to get out of this place. We have had nothing but issues since we moved in, and hardly anything has gotten taken care of. Things that we were promised would be replaced or fixed shortly after we moved in still have yet to be done. We still have not received a replacement dishwasher for the one that's currently here, which is full of mold, and leaks. The front screen door is literally rotting and falling apart and we were told it would be replaced in the spring... yet here we are in August and still don't have a new one. Our upstairs bathroom floor is falling apart and sinking in, and again, we were told after a couple months of rent that it would be replaced... and it's getting progressivel

Here in Wyoming Michigan, we've had nothing but really friendly help getting set up and situated in our new apartment. My wife and I are absolutely content with everything in this apartment. The 1-bedroom we are renting is spacious in all aspects of its dimensions, from bedroom, to closets, to bathroom! Kate, our property manager has been really flexible and friendly in answering our questions, and guiding us through the signing and moving in process. We are very satisfied!

these people are slum lords. rented a nice house and really liked it, but when greenwood became the property managers, the place went down hill quick. they didn't make repairs, they lost rent payments, they didn't return calls. the last two years at the property, i tracked all communication with them, no matter what it was for. out of 22 work order requests (14 of which have to be placed more than once because there was a 'miscommunication') only 5 were ever completed. stay away from any property managed by this group!

My girlfriend and I moved in to our apartment. First it was not even ready for us to move in the floors had paint and dirt all over them the windows did not open and the tile in the kitchen and bathroom are half gone. I called twice for them to replace the tile and they have still not done anything about it. My neighbor threatsbto shoot my dog and my girlfriend they have done nothing.bmy back door lock is missing they said thet would be here the following Monday and never showed up and never called to let us know they weren't coming. The owner of greenwood was supposed to call me back but I have yet to hear from him. In short I would not rent from these people they are the definition of the term SLUM LORD.

I'm giving them 1 ⭐ because zero isn't an option. They did absolutely nothing while managing 250 Davenport Rd. The changes in absolutely every way are so great since they left. Thank God they are gone.
