I have worked with Laneisha numerous times now, and each time I have worked with her she has been so kind and has answered all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. The rest of the office staff has also been so kind each time I’ve come in!

I’ve been a resident of this community for over a year and a half and have found it to offer a pleasant living experience overall. The recreational amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and Luxor One lockers, are quite good and add convenience to daily life. However, there are opportunities for improvement. Adding valet trash service and installing elevators in all buildings would be a significant enhancement— especially for residents who are unwell or need to carry heavy items up/down the floors (moving in/moving out/leaving for or coming from airport, heavy furniture/groceries). I moved here 3 months ago. Everything was great, I really like everything here, the cleanliness and the staff. But 2 weeks ago the heating broke. They gave me a small radiator, which can’t heat the apartment. It’s very cold in the apartment. My husband caught a cold, even though we sleep dressed in sweaters. They say you can wait about 8 weeks for the ordered part for the heater. At night the temperature is below zero, and it’s very cold. А month later, we were given a discount on our rent

Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews that popped up within the past year. It was part of a gift card giveaway from the front office. I lived here for about 3 years and the only good thing is the location. -The floors are super thin, like you’re about to fall through. -The walls are super thin -The trash compactor is regularly broken and overflowing -The gate is regularly broken -The pool is not heated and dirty -The parking is a nightmare -Predatory towing practices -Staff don’t answer phones or return messages -Maintenance tried to literally break into our unit while I was in the shower for an “emergency” below us. So is there no consequences for where people park? Trying to find parking and there are cars in handicap white lines, red zones..... and everyone thinks its okay.. this place is disgusting
