Greenwood Oaks Townhomes

Do NOT move here!! You will regret it! They always have maintenance problems at this place. We have had leaks and electrical problems. They do not care about their residents. If you file an online maintenance problem, it will take weeks before they show up. and then they will do sloppy work. And they like to go inside the units when no one is home. They will FORCE you to allow the maintenance guys inside when you are not home. If you don't agree to this, they will cancel your maintenance requests. This means you will never get your repairs completed. They also allow people to house stray animals in front of their units, such as wild cats. And if you complain, the staff will become defensive and just dismiss you. Oh, and prepare to randomly have your water shut off when you least expect it

This apartment complex is great. I have been living here from 2016 and never had any problems. The maintenance team is awesome, ALWAYS coming and making sure everything is working and running smoothly in our homes. Easy access to walking trail and Craig park. The management office is always super cheerful and very helpful and property manager Liz is always quick to respond for any help related to maintenance issues. I can only say good things and enjoying excellent experience living in this apartment.

Jennifer wrote out my work request and got it to the guys right away. They fixed the problem by EOD. I know that's not always possible, but when it is, it's great! Thank you very much!

They keep jacking the rent up year after year. Not by a little, but by $150 for the past three years. Good luck trying to get anything improved or fixed in a timely fashion. Rent from someone else. We had severe electrical problems for several months a few years ago. It took them a long time to fix it and gave us virtually nothing for our trouble. If you move in here, prepare to be disappointed. They only care about money.

We love Greenwood Oaks! It is a very nice, quiet and peaceful complex. The office staff is amazing and super friendly. The maintenance is always nice and come in a timely manner. We love the size and updated townhouse too!
