Greenwood Homes - Glenbrook

My wife and I just bought a new townhome in the Glenbrook subdivision of Crozet, Virginia. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of the townhome that we selected - which was built by Greenwood Homes. The Greenwood house has an open floor plan and is very well-built. Plus, the neighborhood - situated at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains -is just beautiful! The entire process of buying a house from Greenwood Homes and especially from their Neighborhood Sales Manager - Conor Coleman - has been a pleasure - very customer-focused, and easy to work with. If you are in the market for a new house or a 2nd home, I would highly recommend the Crozet area - and purchasing a house from Greenwood Homes and Conor Coleman!!

Conor has been and continues to be terrific to work with. We must have toured the townhouse 9 times before purchasing it, and Conor was patient and informative throughout. Even after we were under contract, Conor continued to unlock the door for us as we measure and contemplate where to put things and bring contractors in to measure for the master closet and carpet replacement. Every time we pop in unannounced to ask yet another question, he seems happy to see us -- even though he's already sold us the house. Really appreciate the open and respectful process as we got to "yes" and beyond.

We looked at many subdivisions and found Greenwood Homes-Glenbrook to be the best fit for us. The price, quality of the home and personal interest in our needs far surpassed any other new developments we toured. We are truly pleased with our new home, it's amenities, as well as the ease of working with the builder and project managers. Greenwood Homes honestly cares about it's current and future residents.

Working with Connor and the team at Glenbrook made the homebuying process very easy due to their passion for helping others build a place to call home. During the homebuying process, any minor issues with the home were immediately taken into consideration during the inspection and were resolved before we moved in the following week thanks to Mike’s help and addition to detail. While we’ve been settled for almost two months, Connor and the team at Greenwood homes continue to ensure our needs are met if any arise. The neighborhood is very welcoming and has tons of amenities within walking distance. Fire pit, playgrounds, Star Hill, Crozet Park, dog parks, miles of walking trails and amazing views!
