This place is some trash my family and I moved here about a few months ago and the turn over of the staff is ridiculous over the last few months 12 different faces have been here as acting assistant manager of the property until the regional company find someone to take over….Fairfax county housing sends people here on the RAD program and they know all the flaws of this company and property …I have reached out to Fairfax county and went to the housing department and let them know my issue since the day I moved in, not only that but I have sent emails to people in the company and until today no one has responded back. I highly don’t recommend this property and they claim that they don’t have funds nor that the county doesn’t give them funds and that’s hard to believe it also.
