I wish I could give negative stars. Below is part of an email I sent them. "Greenway, You are the manager of the association whose responsibility it is to look after the interests of the homeowners in this community, not the developer. We are having a hard time understanding what it is that you do to justify earning your management fee other than sending emails in such a way that they contains words while saying nothing. Please be mindful that in the future Greenway will report to the homeowners, not the developers. We are appalled at your lack of transparency, actions, and willful disregard for answering our concerns." Absolutely awful service. Our community had the misfortune of being stuck with Greenway because of their relationship with our builder, Verde Homes, who is equally awful. Calls and emails are often not returned or answered weeks later. When emails/calls are returned, Kathey Harter, our POC at Greenway attempts to change the subject, speaks in condensing tones, and will not directly address questions or concerns. Rules are very selectively enforced, even in the most egregious cases, and only if it would be of benefit to the developer. Our homeowners dues nearly doubled from last year and the management fee increased by 9%. Kathey refuses to provide an explanation for either of these items despite being asked repeatedly to do so.
