Greenway at Mallard Creek Charlotte Apartments

Five stars for Greenway at Mallard Creek! The entire moving experience was excellent. Grace was fantastic during the leasing process—so knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, the entire staff has been exceptionally kind and attentive. My apartment is beautiful, the community is quiet, and everything is very well-maintained. It's a fantastic place to live with genuinely great people running the property. Highly recommend!

I LOVE THE LEASING TEAM HERE immaculate. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They make the community feel welcoming and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. I feel safe and comfortable living here and truly appreciate how attentive and supportive the staff is. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. Laureen was my leasing agent she was great and the leasing manager yeah that’s my girl she stayed until 8pm at night helping me and ensuring that my move in was smooth I LOVE THEM THEY ARE VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND COOL.

Some minor set back occur but the staff made sure to fix it. The are a very nice and welcoming staff. Specifically Lauren stood out and treated us as family. I would recommend! (Manager Karin was also great and very helpful in the process!)

I want to thank Karini for going above and beyond my expectations in helping me find the perfect place for my family and me. From the very first phone call to the tour, she provided excellent customer service, which is extremely hard to find nowadays. The community is perfect for us, and we absolutely love how spacious our apartment is and how much natural light it gets. If you’re looking for a great place to live with people who genuinely care, this is the right place.

To say that Grace, Lauren, Karini, Savanah, Jacson, James and Travis are “The Dream Team” is an understatement. The staff at Greenway are phenomenal. They’re friendly, efficient, and seemingly never too busy to listen to your concerns or just simply say hello to you when you’re walking through their office. Any issue I have is resolved immediately and with great care and attention. You see the word “Luxury” in the sign as you pull up to the apartments and upon walking into one of their units, it’s clearly obvious these apartments are worthy of that descriptor. The apartments are large, with high ceilings, big balconies, large entrances and plenty of sunlight coming in through the windows. It feels like Mr. Roger’s neighborhood.
