Greenwater Leasing Office

One of the better properties that I’ve seen since I moved to Arizona from San Diego this property on Jessica and East Broadway is spacious. I have a two bedroom with a lot of space. Management has a good attitudes and are A pleasure to talk to to talk to They listen to the issues and try their best to take care of it right away No bug Or pest And the rent is reasonable. My new home for a few years if all goes well did I mention the staff also nice. Also the pool is clean lol

Please do not listen to the reviews. Greenwater apartments on Broadway and Jessica are absolutely amazing from management and staff along with the maintenance. They are very affordable, and the property is beautiful. I believe bitter people leave awful reviews. I've been living here since October, and I can only say good respectful things over the time I've been here. So, as you read this review along with the negative reviews that you see on here, remember Broadway and Jessica greenwater Apartments has wonderful management staff and maintenance. We have been without heat for 5 days! When I called the office to let them know my heat wasn’t working they said they know but yet they NEVER sent out a notice to residents to let them know the heat is not working. Today the part was suppose to be in and I have been calling for the last 30 mins and they are PURPOSELY IGNORING MY CALLS TO GIVE A FOLLOW UP ABOUT THE HEATER!! We have had freeze warnings the last few days and have had to sleep in freezing apartments!! This company is so unprofessional. But if you owe money they will go knock door to door but they ignore the phone about residents with no heat!!! 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Greenwater is definitely the WORST property management company in Arizona, possibly in the world. Half the time the gates don't work and their number layout in their complexes is the stupidest ever.

Awful management of apartment complex. Huntington Park had so many instances of shutting of water and no offer of discounts on charges.
