Greenview at Chestnut Run

We’ve lived here almost five years now and we’ve really loved it. The office staff is super friendly and always makes us feel welcome. Maintenance is great too—they’re quick to fix things and always let us know what’s going on. Our kids are happy here and have made a bunch of friends. It’s been a really good place for us and see ourselves here for many more years.

We've had the absolute displeasure of living at this complex for about 7 months now. To start, these apartments are NOT worth the absurd rent prices they charge. I also would like to piggyback off of another user that said you don't get the apartment you tour; that is 100% true. They gave us the wrong key/didn't change the locks from the previous tenant when we moved in so we spent45 minutes waiting for them to change the lock before we could even see our new apartment. There is a crack at the base of the wall in our bedroom that you can see daylight through. The maintenance is useless. We are currently living in fear that our bathroom ceiling is going to cave in because our requests for water damage inspections have been ignored, even though we have leakage from our upstairs neighbors bat

DONT APPLY OR MOVE HERE! They are very unprofessional, rude and smart people. I got approved, make good money, I got sick but my sister drop off my paperwork for me because I been sick for a few days and I couldn’t get myself together so today I drop off the license and they basically said oh we have to move on, so basically they don’t want me living in their complex

Really good maintenance, on point and fast. Attentive main office staff and flexible options in lease. Neighbors are hit or miss but that's every community and at least the leasing office will make accommodations given the case.

Another update lol DO NOT MOVE HERE! In the 2 years we have been here, roaches, mice, the common areas full of trash, food, walls in the common areas with drawings, nothing really gets fixed. They do the BARE MINIMUM. You have a complaint ? Just an email to the community. They don’t care for anything whatsoever. Yet they raise the rent every year to keep up with “competitors”. This place is deplorable. I’m pretty sure there’s a mold problem or humidity problem. No matter how much I clean so much mold comes back so quickly. If you think of moving here please don’t. There’s much better places. Our bathtub is disgusting. They paint over whatever damage has been done prior and the paint peels. When they fix it they do a terrible job and it peels faster and looks worse. It is absolutely a disg
