Greentree Apartments

Overall very chill place to live, and I'm saying this after having only been living here for 1 month. Apartments are roomy, clean, warm and cozy for winter, and have great appliances. Office staff is awesome, friendly, and very helpful in moving in, and any matters or issues you could have.

The most disgusting, unprofessional, jank apartments in Indy. For an establishment called GTA, I shouldn't have been surprised. Just for starters, the LITERAL day after I just moved in, first apartment ever, I found German cockroaches. And yes, those specs beside the microwave is cockroach shit. I clean and clean, and they're everywhere. Constantly. They're in the apartment halls, stairs, and all over my own apartment. Secondly, throughout the end of my stay, maintenence would leave my AC unit unrepaired. It was consistently over 80° in the apartment, and they would give a bullshit excuse every time. Talk about lazy. Lastly, maintenance has come into my apartment unannounced on numerous occasions. I paid my full rent, so keep your maintenance on a leash. Please, if you love your family, do

I lived here 2 years until I could afford something better. I moved in July of 2023 and started getting extremely sick in oct of 2023. The roaches were extremely disturbing and nasty and I bleached almost everyday. They were getting worse the longer I stayed there. By the time I moved out in Aug of 2025 I was doing hospital visit one after another and no one new what was wrong. I was sleeping my life away and leaving work early everyday because I was so bad. Come to find out it was the mold that made me sick and they just wanted to spray when I told them about it. I was in my new apartment 2 days and was feeling so much better. I had to throw away all of my kitchen appliances and buy new when I moved because the roaches were so bad and I wad scared to bring anything with me. They are also

I have just renewed my lease for another year. It’s been a pleasure living here and dealing with leasing office has always been a positive experience. Thank You Greentree for always offering us a warm welcome.

i love living here! Tammy and Courtney are super awesome and they will help you out with anything you need, like setting up how to pay rent online and getting my renters insurance. Also, maintenance is great about keeping the grounds nice and clean, and they respond very quickly to any maintenance issues that I have! I will definitely be renewing my lease!!
