These apartments are more show then to live in. Your experience can be horrible or good depending on who your neighbor is. Parking is horrible because ppl don’t want to pay for parking so they park any which way which makes it hard for ppl who pay for parking. Maintenance is not that great some of the apartments have mold visible and our bathroom window hasn’t been able to open since we moved in going on two years and for the amount of money they ask for rent I just find that crazy. I haven’t heard anything from my neighbors next to me but above me you swear the ceiling is paper thin and they know it. Management does respond back in good timing.

I'm not one to leave a review but I has such a positive experience with management I felt compelled to say something. I was interested in renting this property and toured it today. I love the renovations they've done to the exterior of the property and the apartments themselves look great. The leasing agent that met with me was super professional and the rent is exactly within my budget. I'm so excited to move in next month and call this place home.

Do not waste time even visiting any Bay management apartments!! They are scammers, they have TERRIBLE bug issue because of water damage in the actual building that they are just patching up. (pretty sure it's mold somewhere) I'm talking big centipedes, ants, spiders, wasps, flies and random bugs. Bay Management will take you to court to try to evict you even after you constantly tried to resolve the issues with them, and they were just BS the entire time and lawyered up (without resolving anything at all). They had plumbing issues (which the plumber told me my unit had the fastest drainage compared to other units because the entire building has a plumbing issue that they're avoiding, and the heater wasn't working since i moved in and it never got fixed (they need a new system but they are
